This time I wanted to design and model something more horror and post-apocalyptic themed. I had fun figuring out Unreal Engine 5 Level sequences, lighting, cloth physics and rendering, as well as the Substrate material system. I made a quick animation to show how the creature would move and I motion captured a handheld camera animation using BlenderRemote app, which I cleaned up in Blender and then imported to UE5. Video edited and Color Graded in DaVinci Resolve.
The location elements, which I set dressed in the scene, were from Quixel Megascans.

Modeling progress. Reworked the design during modeling to get bit more detailed silhouette
